The following is a list of needs and costs.  You can always customize ways to give back.  In 2022 we were able to purchase 4 new microphone receivers. (2020 -- your donations kept us alive!  Trust me!). In Fall (2019) with your sponsorships we purchased our Sound Board, stands, and speakers.

These past few years have been amazing progress. We also appreciate your TIME, and volunteering.

SAMPLE SHOW EXPENSES | Consider Sponsoring to offset our costs

$2000 For Printing Show Programs (Donate to Program Ads)

$5,000 For a projector (We would like to purchase a Short Throw Projector) If you know anyone at this tech company...let us know. 

$3,000 New Lap top computers for Future Photography classes AND Zoom lessons so Jojo can use the iPad elsewhere. 

$1500 for a new iPad to run our mics off of and new point of sale. 

$500 for our used Stage (Renting Costs are close to $9000) at R. Roger Rowe.  So if you want to donate TOWARD those costs.  We will accept them in $500 increments and be used to that effect accordingly.  

$600 toward Labor (Note: Our budget is about $20,000 toward labor per show.  So hear it: your cast fees don't cover our costs.). Also note: when was the last time you were there to hang lights?  Pick up my uhaul, or run our sound board?  We hire professionals for a reason.  Note: their costs...and donate to the productions. 

$500 toward Walkie Talkie Rentals (Honestly -- a good system is $10k to purchase.  But about $500 to rent per show.  So I'm good with renting.  But you Stage crew parents....when your kids wants a walkie talkie...and Jojo doesn't have "enough" -- HEAR THIS.  They are very expensive.

$1500 toward New Video Equipment (to record actors to submit for awards!) FYI -- this as been purchased.  Trying to re-coup costs!

Finally -- there are a FEW "Super Heroes" I must thank

Natalie Olvera: Costume QUEEN. This woman cleans my garage and hauls more "junk" in her car than me.  Does WAY more than most any other family on the planet...and in a true volunteer and board member.

My husband! Brand (aka Mr. Jojo) He puts up with ME.  My random requests (We need water...bring me water)...and sees every show and brings me dinner and supports me...My ROCK.  And is in awe at our success.  (Someday...I'll get him on the stage! Note: This dream came true...he was in Beauty and the Beast in 2024) 

Michael Dashefsky -- He SO cares about the kids....how they sound and the support they need.  I pay him PEANUTS to Musical Direct our shows....but I love when families see the positive support he gives them across those "free lessons" (which are not "free" -- I pay him...but always encourage families to pay for more lessons when they can.  So BRAVO parents who see the support he gives. And Debbie Niscastro too!
